Each team member adopted habits to increase the total value of the quotations sent to prospective clients.

The actual amount is commercially sensitive, the results are presented in reference to this aim.

First quarter: 1.9 x target value.
Second quarter: 2.25 x target value
In six months, 4.15 times the target was sent out, more than double the ambitious goal set at the start.
Challenge
The sales team rarely found new (prospected) clients.
Gamification
The sales team adopted the habits of speaking to new (prospected) clients and sending quotations if they needed one of Chevon's products.
Target
Chevon's owner aimed to issue 8 quotations to new clients in 13 weeks.
Results
The sales team sent 9 quotations to new clients in 2 weeks.
The target was updated to 30 quotations in 13 weeks; 29 offers were sent in 8 weeks.
